I really wish Drake would stop drinking that purple drank. It really fucks people up and changes their lifestyle. It ruins people. I used to look up to Drake a lot, but now its hard to try to block out his new purple drank lifestyle after he keeps rapping about it and is now putting it on his blog...what a shame...

We care about Drake and we want what's best for him, so that's why we don't want him to drink purple drink and smoke weed. He doesn't know who we are, but many of us have been watching him on Degrassi. I have since 2006, so it feels like we know him. People that are good (he's done charity work, he's smart) you root for in life and you want to see them succeed. He's refreshing in the rap game and it makes people that normally don't like rap turn their heads to listen to him. I can't imagine what Drake has to deal with on a daily basis. Daily criticism in the media, constantly dealing with the spotlight, and trying to fit in the music industry. It must be a lot of stress. He should know that he has many fans that care about him and his health and want him to continue to succeed in life. We want Drake to get on a Bieber level, but only Drake knows how to do this. We want what's best for Drake, so that's why we want him to take care of his health, so he can have a long career and win many awards in the future.
I really love these comments telling drake to stop what he's doing and I hope he reads them. that drank ain't nothing to play with I know first hand.I really hope it doesn't effect his music and I hope he stops..where is momma sandy so she can stop this madness.
P.S. Moving to Miami was a really bad choice..with all the drugs floating around it's gonna be hard for drake to stay away,but I hope he knows that his fans are all he needs.We are his drugs!

Drake knows better then to br sypin purple all the time. If you really listen to him and read between the lines, you will see that he is spending majoritynof his time in the studio gettin ready for the next album. You cant put out hits like I'm on one and "dreams"... Smoked out and drunk all the time. Yes, itnis a part of his life but i'm sure itnis not that big a part. And for those that have been watching since Degrassi, dont be so disillusioned. Aubrey admitted taking hos first hit on a bong at the age of 15 right after he got on the show. So this Drake you don't know now was still the same Aubrey back then... So what was hidden then is coming out now. He knows what he is doing, he had to grow up quick in life. He has beem taking care of others and living his life on a public screen since a teenager. You hear in his songs that he carries alot of weight on his shoulders so instead of putting him on blast on his blog...pray 4 him and support him. @ anon just 1 more thing, it is really sad we can not have a discussion w/o calling names at one another. It was a simple discussion where two ppl disagreed on the same viewpoint. We obviously both are fans of Drake, we just do not see eye to eye on his behavior. This was never about you and me. It was about him. I did not think it was childish for you to let him know who you are since this blog is a communication tool, I am sure he reads it and your concern was elequent and in depth, so obviously you really care about him. I need to say what some other people have said. You have an amazing talent, and you've single-handedly changed rap and music of today. Your openness and honesty are heartbreaking, but real... you have the talent to put into music what other people only wish they could say out loud. That having been said, it scares me to think that you're changing. Don't get me wrong, change can be good. But damn. The syrup breaks my heart. It was nice to think that some man in the industry could stand up to all that bullshit. You're only human, I guess. But still, you could be so much more if you trust in yourself and your raw emotions, not on the syrup. The weed is whatever. It's equivalent to alcohol, so I can't complain. Syrup is a dangerous thing, and so many people would be utterly heartbroken if we were to lose a one of a kind man like you to something that any thug could do.
I'm just saying, you could do better.
