Do not order anything from their site. I place an order on 8/22 and it is now 9/18 and have recieved no order or info about my order. And when I send them an email they have an automated email they forward to anything you say. Nobody reads their email and they are crooks who don't care about the consumer. Apparently I'm not the only one who hasn't recieved my package someone else in the comments is having the same issue and also they say on the site no refunds so basically they are drawing you in with this so called "merchandise" and they are stealing your money when you try and "purchase" anything....so be aware and don't make the same mistake I made...do not give these thieves anymore money

agreed. i ordered 2 of the jays hats the day they went online. i was skeptical because i read the comments but i ordered anyway. i was shocked to receive a shipping email after just 10 days because of what i had heard. so anyway the day its getting delivered i had to work so i just assumed the delivery guy would leave me a note and bring it to the local post office. no the idiot left it in my lobby and it got stolen. now i know this isn't ovo's fault but canada post doesnt refund unless the sender makes the claim. so now i'm left with no hats and no refunds because OVO won't even respond to an email. perhaps you should stop taking orders and posting new stuff for maybe 1 day so you can sort out all your bull shit orders that you are not following thru with!
after fighting with canada post about how the sender would not reply they eventually agreed to refund me. $55 less than what i paid so then i had to fight another week for the full amount which they finally agreed to after 10 million phone calls.
just a little advice for people going through the same problem... credit cards usually offer insurance for situations like this. you might want to double check but i'm almost positive if you don't receive items ordered online you can ask for a charge back for items not delivered.
might be worth a try. visa or mastercard would credit you back and then go after OVO for the money back.
i never went through with it because canada post wrote me cheque for the refund so i wasn't about to be shady and get a double refund...but i hope this works for some one else.

I've orderd the the owl tank and I recieved it 3 weeks later. The first time I ordered the varsity sweater/jacket, it took them a long time to send me my mercy, HOWEVER, PEOPLE, LISTEN, I've spoken to someone through an email and they told me it was going to take time to ship the merch on acount of EVERYONE BUYING! Listen Homies, its Drake, we all love him right? and we all want our OVO, of course! I was informed it would take time to ship on account of the unruly amount of orders that needed to be shipped. I did get my merch, but yes, it took forever to get it, but I"m wearing my shit like it aint nobodys business!! If you love Drake and the OVO entourage, listen Homies, Just Wait On It ;)

Shipping time isn't even the issue for me. Like I said I expected to wait and I was shocked when I received a shipping email after just 10 days....but to provide absolutely no response to your customers is ridiculous. All I needed them to tell me was sorry we will ship you two more or sorry we will refund you and you can order 2 more.
To this day I haven't received a single thing from them about my order being stolen. I didnt want a refund or a discount I just wanted my order to be re shipped. After no repsponse for weeks I took the gamble and went ahead and ordered 2 more when I realized they were never going to respond.
. Clearly time nor money is the issue when I ordered more after not even receiving my first order. I'm not asking for quicker service...I'm just asking that OVO provides some sort of customer service !!
