Why don't you guys open an awesome hotel. You can have an area in your hotel where you are allowed to do live events or if some one wants to to book you at your hotel you'll always have a free spot. You can make like the whole top floor dedicated to just the team with a seperate elevator that is used by a custome made controller. I think that should ensure the safty of other people envading your space. People who book your rooms who are their for the live event or show can get complimentary shirt(s), slipper(s),and robe(s),with the teams or should i say family logo on them. Or what ever else you have in mind. You know you need a spa...ect. the price range i guess would go by what is offered.. keep in mind that you want people to be comfortable and prices to be some what reasonable. Location is also important as to playing a huge role. You can even give awesome discounts to your business friends if they dedcide to host an event so you know rooms will be booked. Give them a special rate to purchase a room and ticket through the hotel.Or what ever way different you feel fit.

have a choice of a lunch buffet or restaurant with lunch specials. I don't know just an idea though.
you have affordable food served in the buffet and ther more exspensive stuff will be served in the restaurant. You can do the menue set up weekly or monthly. You know with different themed food. One week or month can be asian,then bbq southern style,..ect. I advise you to start with month;y if decide to do menue based on themes. Just an opinion.
Start of monthly inorder to save money on produce,ect.
Oh and keep in mind that the economy is slow in the jobs sector. So the more ways you get people to make it feel they are truly getting their money worth the more will come. You do not want them to choose anothrer one that is like 5min away but cheaper. Then agian if the quality of the competerter is not up to standards then should not have to mind as much attention, but keep the economy in mind for the people. Affordable but yet a taste of luxury.
